This page explains what happens to the personal data you give us when you send an enquiry on this website. We keep it simple: we only collect what we need to answer you.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store the details you type in: your name, company, email address, phone number and message, plus the optional event details (event type, preferred team member, budget range and event date). We also record the IP address your enquiry came from, to protect the form against abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, to plan and quote for your event, and to keep the enquiry form safe from spam and abuse. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are deleted from our system 24 months after your enquiry. Email copies of your enquiry in our mailbox are also deleted within 24 months. The IP address is cleared after 90 days.
Our web server logs record the IP address of every page visit, for security and statistics. These logs are kept for up to 52 days, and our visit statistics anonymise IP addresses after 90 days.
Who processes it
Our website and database run on a server hosted by Contabo, our hosting provider. Cloudflare provides our DNS (domain name lookups) only; visitor traffic goes directly to our server. Emails about your enquiry are handled by our own mail server. We do not share your data with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you may object to how we use it. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
Cookies
The site sets two technical session cookies, named cfid and cftoken, which it needs in order to work. They are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax, and they expire. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Only two things are remembered, in your own browser's local storage and not sent to us: your light or dark theme choice, and whether you have watched the intro video on our home page (stored under the key ce-splash-seen, so we do not show it again).
